We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any return. All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase with HD Flagpoles LLC, you agree to these terms.
RETURN WINDOW:
We have a 7-day return policy on all products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The seven day time window to complete your return starts upon delivery verification provided by our shipping partners.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, with the shipping documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
UNAPPROVED RETURNS:
All returns must be approved with our support team first, any unapproved returns will be considered invalid and therefore denied. Any physical goods or flagpoles sent to our location without our knowledge, without our approval or without being approved for a return first, will be dealt with at our discretion.
HOW TO START A RETURN:

If your return is accepted, we'll work with you to coordinate shipping process, including instructions on how and where to send your package or how to schedule a pickup of your package or how to pay for the return. Items sent back to us without first approved for a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

GIFT CARDS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase with HD Flagpoles LLC, you agree to these terms. If approved for a return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we've received the product. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to post to your financial account.
