At HD Flagpoles, our commitment is to provide you with transparent pricing that includes all costs associated with your order. To streamline our shipping procedures, we've made it easier and more affordable for you. All orders exceeding $200 that are eligible for UPS or USPS shipping will enjoy the added benefit of free shipping.

For items requiring freight/LTL shipping, we maintain a flat-rate fee of $329, irrespective of the number of poles or their size. By doing this, we share the shipping expenses with you, our valued customer. This is our way of showing appreciation for your business and trying to help absorb inflationary costs.

To help you understand our need for a shipping fee, it's worth noting that our cost for freight shipments averages between $500 and $600 per commercial flagpole order.

If your order falls below the $200 threshold, rest assured that we offer highly discounted shipping rates and present multiple options to ensure you receive the most economical shipping cost available at the time.

Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We'll work hard directly with you to handle any possible returns, please read the entire policy while you're here.

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any return. All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase with HD Flagpoles LLC, you agree to these terms.

When your flagpole arrives, before accepting final delivery from the freight company, please perform a detailed inspection of the flagpole itself before signing/approving the delivery. Remove the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories from the box(s) and inspect everything to ensure there are no damages or defects that may have occurred during shipping. Perform the inspection before signing off with the freight company. If an inspection is not performed upon delivery and you find damage to the flagpole, hardware, and/or flagpole accessories after you've taken possession of the order, you will be responsible for any financial obligation required for a return and replacement order. If there are damages to the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories upon delivery, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us at or call 1-866-964-7147.

We have a 5-day return policy on all products, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. The seven day time window to complete your return starts upon delivery verification provided by our shipping partners.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, with the shipping documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

This applies to returns that are outside of the damaged flagpole policy. The customer is responsible for a 50% restocking fee as well as the full shipping cost for returning a flagpole to the warehouse/factory via freight.
