05Damages and delivery
When your flagpole arrives, before accepting final delivery from the freight company, please perform a detailed inspection of the flagpole itself before signing/approving the delivery. Remove the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories from the box(s) and inspect everything to ensure there are no damages or defects that may have occurred during shipping. Perform the inspection before signing off with the freight company.
If an inspection is not performed upon delivery and you find damage to the flagpole, hardware, and/or flagpole accessories after you've taken possession of the order, you will be responsible for any financial obligation required for a return and replacement order. If there are damages to the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories upon delivery, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us at support@hdflagpoles.com or call 1-866-964-7147.
