Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for reviewing the HD Flagpoles Returns & Refunds Policy.  Our goal is to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We'll work hard directly with you to handle any possible returns, please read the entire policy while you're here. 

DISCLAIMER: 
We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any return.  All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase with HD Flagpoles LLC, you agree to these terms.

DAMAGES/DELIVERY POLICY:
When your flagpole arrives, before accepting final delivery from the freight company, please perform a detailed inspection of the flagpole itself before signing/approving the delivery. Remove the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories from the box(s) and inspect everything to ensure there are no damages or defects that may have occurred during shipping.  Perform the inspection before signing off with the freight company.  If an inspection is not performed upon delivery and you find damage to the flagpole, hardware, and/or flagpole accessories after you've taken possession of the order, you will be responsible for any financial obligation required for a return and replacement order. If there are damages to the flagpole, hardware, and flagpole accessories upon delivery, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us at support@hdflagpoles.com or call 1-866-964-7147.

RETURN WINDOW:
We have a 5-day return policy on all products, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.  The seven day time window to complete your return starts upon delivery verification provided by our shipping partners. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, with the shipping documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

RETURN COST RESPONSIBILITY: 
This applies to returns that are outside of the damaged flagpole policy that covers flagpoles that were damaged during the shipping process.  The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with returning a flagpole to the warehouse/factory.  Any and all freight charges, handling charges, restock charges etc. will be covered by the customer. 

UNAPPROVED RETURNS:
All returns must be approved with our support team first, any unapproved returns will be considered invalid and therefore denied.  Any physical goods or flagpoles sent to our location without our knowledge, without our approval or without being approved for a return first, will be dealt with at our discretion. 

HOW TO START A RETURN:
To start a return, you can contact us at support@hdflagpoles.com. If your return is accepted, we'll work with you to coordinate shipping process, including instructions on how and where to send your package or how to schedule a pickup of your package or how to pay for the return. Items sent back to us without first approved for a return will not be accepted.

LAWS, CODES, RESTRICTIONS:
In the case that there's an unknown law, code or restriction in place by an authoritative body that legally prohibits the customer from installing the flagpole, the customer is still responsible for the return, should it be accepted. We recommend that all customers spend time reading the local laws, before making a purchase. HD Flagpoles is not responsible for returns on orders that don't meet local or otherwise legal requirements. 

EXCEPTIONS: 
All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase you agree to these terms. We understand unforeseen events take place and will work with you on any legitimate return issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order return.

GIFT CARDS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:
All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase you agree to these terms.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
All returns, exchanges and refunds are at our discretion only, by completing a purchase with HD Flagpoles LLC, you agree to these terms. If approved for a return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we've received the product. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to post to your financial account.
