DOES THIS SOLAR LIGHT WORK ON ALL FLAGPOLES?

Yes, the X40 will fit all standard 3" flagpoles that receive a ball or bolt attachement at the top of the pole. 

HOW LONG DOES THE LIGHT STAY ON AT NIGHT?

The X40 will stay on for 8-10 hours on a full charge. 

DO I HAVE TO TURN IT ON AND OFF?

No, the X40 features automatic on/off technology that works with the rise and fall of the sun. Just set it once and never worry about illuminating your flag again. 

CAN I INSTALL THE LIGHT MYSELF?

The X40 is simple to install by simply screwing the ball topper or mounting bolt down through the center mount hole. NOTE: Getting the flagpole down should be done with caution and at the owners risk. 

CAN I RETURN IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Yes, if your X40 solar flagpole light arrives damaged in any way, you can return it for a replacement or full refund. All you have to do is let us know and we'll take it from there!

DOES THIS SOLAR LIGHT COME WITH A WARRANTY?

The X40 comes standard with a 1 year manufacturers warranty so if your light fails, a replacement is covered. Just let us know if you have an issues whatsoever and our support team will take it from there. All you have to do is call 1-866-964-7147 anytime you need us!

Good but expensive

I gave this light 5 stars for the performance and quality, but I would give it a 2 stars for the price. The mass produced lights are not expensive to produce and are made by the 1000s. There's no reason to charge so much for it. It works good and I hope it lasts. But it cost 3-4 times as much as other decent quality flag lights in its class. In the end, I bought this light for the name because HD Flagpoles is a good company with quality products and good people, but the price tag very nearly pushed me away. It better last for MANY years!
