CAN I FLY TWO FLAGS AT ONCE?
No, this flagpole kit was design to proudly display Old Glory only, you can't fly two flags at once.

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE EVERYTHING I NEED?
Yes, you will receive all the parts necessary to install the Never Furl Flagpole Kit, including the premium American flag, 6' reinforced fiberglass shaft, solid brass acorn ornament, solid brass wall mount + hardware, 2 never furl mounts and installation instructions. The hand tools needed for installation are not supplied so please be sure to plan accordingly. 

CAN I INSTALL THE FLAGPOLE MYSELF?
The Never Furl Flagpole Kit is simple to install using home tools and the hardware supplied in the kit. One person can easily have the Never Furl Flagpole Kit install in under 20 minutes by our estimate. 

CAN I RETURN MY FLAGPOLE KIT IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Yes, if your flagpole kit arrives damaged in any way, you can return it for a replacement or full refund. All you have to do is let us know what condition the flagpole arrived in and we'll take it from there. A replacement flagpole takes an average of 7 days to arrive once initiated. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLAGPOLE FAILS?
The Never Furl Flagpole Kit comes standard with a manufacturers warranty so if your flagpole fails, a replacement is covered. Just let us know if you have an issues whatsoever and our support team will take it from there. All you have to do is call 1-866-964-7147 anytime you need us!
