CAN I FLY TWO FLAGS AT ONCE?
Yes! You can fly two flags at once with this flagpole but we do recommend using a smaller (3' x 5') flag as your secondary option. That said, we don't recommend flying more than two flags. Consider great secondary flag options such as military, state and other patriotic flags like the Gadsden Flag that can be found in our store.

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE EVERYTHING I NEED?
Yes, you will receive all the parts necessary to install the HD Telescoping Flagpole, including ground sleeve, stop bolt, flag, ball topper and installation instructions. The aggregate and hand tools needed for installation are not supplied so please be sure to plan accordingly.

CAN I INSTALL THE FLAGPOLE MYSELF?
The HD Telescoping Flagpole is simple to install using home tools and basic supplies from the hardware store. It is possible for one person to install an HD Telescoping Flagpole but we highly recommend two people for added safety. NOTE: The aggregate and tools needed for installation are not supplied.

CAN I RETURN MY FLAGPOLE IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Yes, if your flagpole arrives damaged in any way, you can return it for a replacement or full refund. All you have to do is let us know what condition the flagpole arrived in and we'll take it from there. A replacement flagpole takes an average of 7 days to arrive once initiated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLAGPOLE FAILS?
The HD Telescoping Flagpole comes standard with a 10 year manufacturers warranty so if your flagpole fails, a replacement is covered. Just let us know if you have an issues whatsoever and our support team will take it from there. All you have to do is call 1-866-964-7147 anytime you need us!
